At LiveAz Care, customer satisfaction is important to us. We follow transparent and fair practices regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds in accordance with the nature of Ayurvedic products and services.

1. Ayurvedic Products – Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and herbal products, we follow strict quality and safety standards.

• Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

• Returns are NOT accepted if:

  • The product has been opened, used, or tampered with.

  • The return request is based on personal preference, taste, or expected results.

  • The product is purchased under a special offer or discount (unless damaged).

2. Refund Process for Products

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

• Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment.

• Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

3. Consultation & Service Cancellation Policy

For Ayurvedic consultations, wellness programs, or therapy services:

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for rescheduling or refund.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are non-refundable.

• Missed appointments (no-shows) are not eligible for refund or rescheduling.

4. Digital Products & Wellness Plans

• Payments made for digital content, personalized diet plans, or wellness programs are non-refundable once access or delivery has been provided.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a return or refund, please contact us with:

• Order ID

• Product details

• Reason for refund

• Photos (if product is damaged or incorrect)
