Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
- The product remains unused and in original packaging
- The original invoice or proof of purchase is available
2. Non-Returnable Products
For health and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used nutraceutical products
- Products damaged due to customer misuse
- Items without original packaging or invoice
- Products purchased during special clearance sales
3. Refund Process
Once your return request is approved and the product is received, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days through the original payment method.
4. Replacement Policy
If you receive a damaged or defective product, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund based on product availability.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
6. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from our side such as incorrect or damaged products.
